These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultancy services provided by Care Services North West (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By requesting or confirming our services, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

We offer professional consultancy services for children’s residential care providers, including but not limited to:

 

• Regulation 44 Independent Visits

• Quality Assurance Audits

• Registration Support

• Mock Inspections

• Supervision and Mentoring

• Staff Training and Development

• Policy and Compliance Advice

• Independent Investigations

 

Each engagement is tailored to the client and confirmed in writing before work begins.

 

2. Bookings

 

All services must be confirmed in writing (email or contract). Once confirmed, your booking is reserved and these Terms apply.

3. Fees and Payment

 

• Fees are quoted in writing prior to service

• Invoices are issued upon confirmation or completion (as agreed)

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed

• Late payment may result in paused or withheld services

 

4. Cancellations

 

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Fees for cancelled services may apply depending on the timing and preparation already completed.

 

5. Confidentiality

 

All information shared with us during our work will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will never share personal or organisational information without permission, unless required to do so by law or safeguarding obligations.

6. Safeguarding

 

We operate with full professional responsibility and duty of care. If any safeguarding concerns arise during our work, we are legally and ethically obliged to escalate them appropriately in line with national guidance.

 

7. Liability

 

Care Services North West provides consultancy and guidance based on professional experience. Final decisions and regulatory responsibilities rest with the service provider or organisation. We accept no liability for outcomes arising from decisions made after receiving our advice or reports.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
